The Costume Room is a Dublin-based sustainable design studio founded by Irish designer Sinéad Roberts. The studio creates gender-neutral pieces defined by sculptural form and material integrity. Designed and made in Ireland, each piece is made using pure, ethically produced textiles including 100% pure Irish linen woven exclusively for The Costume Room by Emblem Weavers in County Wexford, handwoven Donegal tweed created exclusively for The Costume Room by master weaver Eddie Doherty in Ardara, County Donegal, and GOTS-certified raw organic indigo denim produced in Italy.

About The Costume Room

Sinéad Roberts is the designer and maker at The Costume Room, a Dublin-based studio creating gender-neutral pieces shaped by material, form and construction. Working hands-on with each piece, Sinéad’s practice is grounded in a slow, considered approach to design and making.
