Pemara Design is an Irish furniture design company with roots in the Danish furniture traditions, creating unique lines of furniture.
About Pemara Design
Founded by Per Ploug in 2014, who has worked as a kitchen designer for almost 30 years. Combining his many years of experience, his engineering skills and his knowledge of good interior design, made him form the award winning Veizla table line. Along with its success, many other pieces have since been added to the ever expanding range of beautiful, ergonomic and well crafted furniture.

Per draws most of his inspiration from Nordic living and mid-century modern designs. Fundamentally all our designs stem from a simple but effective philosophy, Function Comfort Ambiance. Each piece must serve its function with strength and durability. Each piece must be comfortable in its use, even for prolonged periods, and each piece must be striking, beautiful and aesthetically pleasing from all viewing angles. Not until then can it enter into any kind of production.
