I Can Fly, Swan Feather Earrings in 18k Gold Plated Silver

€179

by Chupi

These gold feather earrings are cast from a real swan feather. Chupi has adored swans ever since she was little, their beauty and strength. Chupi collected hundreds of feathers from along the banks of the Royal Canal in Ireland before she found the perfect one. The feather appears delicate and ethereal but is cast from substantial solid sterling silver and plated in a thick layer of 18k gold, the perfect pairing of form and function.

"Great jewellery has the power to mark a moment in your life." With a background in fashion, Chupi's work is elegant and whimsical, but carries a sense of a story and place. A raspberry leaf, a hawthorn twig and a swan’s feather found along a canal are immortalised in her intimate works, which are all designed and crafted in her growing Dublin studio.
